Every year in Scituate Harbor they block off Front Street, the main drag, and let the trick or treaters take over. Merchants hand out candy and smiles, old friends bump into each other's little ones - and some kids find delight in running up and down the yellow lines with no cars to spoil their fun. This little dragon was over the moon to find himself free to dance in the street for Halloween.
