Moira says, "We were going through the wildflower garden at the Mann House and I saw this. It's Percy Mann's car. He lived at that house and he got mad at the town about money fees so he drove his car into the back yard and never drove it again. It sat there so long it rusted and a tree grew up out of it. It's a very, very, very old car."

I remember Percy Mann- The neighborhood kids would go and try to go pat his horse and he would come after us with a pitchfork- till we made friends with him- then he would let us visit- he was basically a hermit- my dad knew him well
