Egypt Morning

With the turning of the seasons, the beach becomes another creature. It sheds its summer coat of colorful beach towels and flexes free of sand pails and sunshades. More monochromatic yet somehow more in focus, the fall beach stands apart. Solitary but not lonely. There’s more room to breathe.

  1. This is lovely! I love the softness of the colors and the peacefulness of the scene. Very nice.

  2. Thank you, Kay! It was a beautiful morning with utterly perfect skies. A nice reminder of how much I love where I live.

  3. Very nice. I love the patch of blue sky. I much prefer a quiet beach to one that’s dotted with sunbathers etc.

  4. Such a beautiful image Ali, love the composition and the soft pastel colours are bliss! I can imagine how different this scene would look in full summer.
